Who am I?
Hey everyone! I'm an avid try-it-all kind of explorer and am so excited to meet you all!! As a scientist turned breathwork instructor I love all things adventure, wellness, and growth related. I am a student of life, and appreciate "AHA!" or "oh-whoops" moments of deeper understanding, believing that those always lead to deeper connection. My pursuit in life is one of deep Joy and my fave topics are those of big wonderful dreams and what an incredible environment we're about to enter for that!
My Business
My business is in breathwork as this modality was my access point to a deeper level of presence, emotion and understanding of myself and others. It taught me so much and I've seen it change others' experience of life too. I want to help as many people as I can to have a clearer, more present and joyful experience of life and I believe breathwork is one tool of many that help to open that door a bit wider. All that and also I just love it!
